Hi, I'm Rob. I am a writer, I write fantasy...I occasionally attempt science fiction, but I am not scientifical (that's a word, because I say so) enough, so I just end up making stuff up, and basically it is fantasy with a science twist.

I have participated in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) twice now, but I have only won once.

Yay me! My novel was a rewrite of the sleeping beauty fairy tale with an empasis on the evil fairy. I turned her into a tragic character, though she will never be the "good" guy.

I also read, again mostly fantasy and science fiction, but that isn't the only thing. I really enjoy some of the "classic" novels, just because I am weird like that. I am addicted to music...I can't help but want to be listening all the time. I love singing, and really miss being in a choir.

Anyway, I am a twenty-five year old young man. I am around five-six, maybe five-seven. I have blue-grey eyes, and I naturally have dark blonde hair. I'm trying to decide if I want to dye it again.

I'm totally addicted to fan fiction. I read in the BtVS and Supernatural fandoms currently, but I also like CSI, Without a Trace, Harry Potter, Transformers, Dexter, Heroes, X-Men, Star Wars, and The Covenant. I mostly read slash (if you don't know what that is, then it probably doesn't matter to you), but not exclusively. I've dabbled in writing, but I get bored too fast, and I have realize that most of the time I write it because it is easier than trying to figure out what my own characters are going to do. So I try not to write it...I just write all the ideas down.

I love video games. I currently play more computer games than console games, but that isn't always the case. I play Guild Wars (my main character there is named Dae Riy, just in case anyone else plays and wants to friend me), and I've realized that to some extent playing GW actually semi-refills the writing part of my brain, a lot like reading fantasy books does. Its interesting...

Oh, yeah...

I should probably say that my avatars/icons are not mine. I have 100+ spots to fill, and if I see one that I like, I will most likely save it to my computer. At some point it may get put up, I try to credit where i know who to credit, but sometimes I forget. I usually ask, but sometimes that gets left out as well. My default will probably stay the same for a long time...it has been there almost since I started. If you are the owner(s), or know the owner(s), and think I should get rid of them and/or credit, tell me!
